Premier supplies a full range of standard hybrid and open pollinated vegetable seed.

Premier's vegetable seeds are imported primarily from international suppliers with reputable products. The cultivars have been evaluated under South African conditions to determine those most suited to market preferences, both here and abroad, and to local growing practices.

Some Premier products are locally developed popular items. A few improved lines have been developed by Premier itself through selections of these public cultivars. But imported products are sold under the suppliers variety and brand name.

Seed packaging ranges from woven polyprop bulk (25kg) bags down to small volume gusseted (100g) ployprop pouches with ziplock seal. Illustrated 'foils' for retail outlets serving home gardeners are also available. Specialised packaging can be arranged to suit individual needs.

A technical support service is available to advise growers on production techniques and specialised requirements of the Premier range.

Premier specialities include onions, tunnel tomatoes and cucumbers, carrots, cucurbits, green beans and leafy oriental lines.
